INFORMATION ON THE QUESTIONNAIRE ANALYSIS

The questionnaire analysis helps to identify your own potential on both the physical and mental levels. Since WIN4ALL takes the approach that problem areas can only be addressed within yourself, the evaluation helps here.

In general, the questionnaire topic is divided into two areas. There are the CHARACTER THEMES and the PHASE THEMES.

1. The CHARACTER THEMES ANALYSIS is based on basic questions and only needs to be carried out once, as it does not change!

2. The PHASE THEMES ANALYSIS, on the other hand, is dynamic and should be carried out...

a. before the start of the round

b. before the second half of the round and

c. at the end of the round...

The PHASE THEMES show more current topics and offer the opportunity to identify developments, training successes or new opportunities for optimization.

By evaluating the team structure, in addition to the individual evaluation of the characteristics of the coach and players, the team as a whole can ultimately be examined. This way, you can see where the team or players have potential/deficits that can be specifically exploited by the coach and his team. It also shows whether the coach may prefer a phase. Often, a one-sided, inefficient training structure is then used that cannot tap into the team's full performance potential and therefore does not do justice to the abilities and possibilities of the team and the players.

With the help of the analysis, the club quickly gets an overview of the individual situation of the player as well as the training needs of the player and the team. In addition, the phase competencies of the players and the team can be related to the phase competencies of the coach. With the help of the questionnaire evaluation we have developed, we can help:

• to uncover the potential/resources of the coach/player/team
• to tailor training accordingly
• to emphasize training sequences in order to access resources
• to recognize physiological and even emotional-mental behavior patterns
• to recognize which phase potentials are not being used in the team
• to observe developments, etc.

Through the WIN4ALL system, it is therefore fundamentally possible to also work in a targeted, preventative manner, because we can use the analysis methods to get to the causes, i.e. the archetypal patterns! Since we recognize the team's basic PHASE THEMES, we can use training and coaching more effectively.

Every person is known to have dominant physical and archetypal psychological behavior patterns due to their genetic makeup. We refer to these as CHARACTER THEMES. If we know these, we can look at problems against this background. In many cases, we can use our knowledge to work on the basic issues of the individual in advance and to plan their individual support.

COSTS (2024):
The initial analysis, which always consists of the areas of CHARACTER THEMES and PHASE THEMES, costs €90 for trainers and €70 for players.
The further analyses, which then only concern the phase themes, cost €50 per person
